  • How much room do I need for the container to be safely placed where I need it?

For a 40 yard container (our largest container), you need approximately 60 feet in length, which is about 4 car lengths. The containers are 20 feet long, and our trucks are between 33 & 37 feet long. The Truck is 10 feet wide, so you need a minimum of 12 feet in width and 20′ in height to allow the driver enough room on either side to maneuver.

The Ecobag truck requires enough room for the crane to manouver safely.  When the Ecobag is delivered, our staff will find the safest place as close to the customers requirements as possible.

  • How high can I fill the container?

The contents of the container *MUST NOT* exceed the height of the container.

  • Do I need a permit?

Should you require a permit in the area you are operating in, we would be happy to arrange for appropriate documents at no additional cost. Please be aware that it can take up to three (3) business days to receive a permit from the City of Edmonton, so please allow sufficient time.
