Our pricing is very competitive. It is dependent on the size of the Bin or Eco Bag, driving distance (if not within city limits) and weight of material. Our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs.  Please call the office at 780-432-3867 or email us at orders@citydisposal.ca and a sales representative will contact you regarding pricing.

We appreciate having 24-48 hours’ notice, but we will always try to work within your time frame.

Deliveries are generally made between 8:00am and 5:00pm

There is no rental on our Eco Bags.  You can keep the Eco Bag for the duration of your project.  It is your responsibility to call or email us in advance to schedule the bag to be emptied, either to continue using or remove.  The bag will be removed the following day once emptied.

Your bin price will include 7 days of use.  After there is an additional $10.00/day Bin rental charge. 

The contents of the Bin or Eco bag cannot exceed the fill line indicated on the bin. The Eco Bag cannot exceed the height of the metal frame.

Drivers are unable to pick up bin if overloaded as it is unsafe for them to carry on the roads.

The contents of the bin should be evenly distributed throughout.

If a Bin or Eco Bag needs to be moved, you will have to call the office 780-423-3867 or email us at orders@citydisposal.ca.  For a reasonable fee we will move the Bin or Eco Bag.  Moving them on your own will leave you responsible for any damages or incorrect set up (Eco Bag)

Both the 9.5 yard bags and 12 yard bags can carry up to 3000lbs.

Should you require a permit for the Bin to go on the street or in the area you require, please call the office at 780-423-3867 for the most up to date information through the City of Edmonton.

EcoBags cannot be placed where there are powerlines or low hanging trees.  Bags can be placed up to 10ft in your property as our crane will have to access the Bag when full.  Eco Bags can go on your front lawn or driveway and are not permitted on any City Street or Boulevard.

It is recommended that if you want to protect your driveway from the placement of an Eco Bag or bin you can put out Plywood for the Bin or Eco Bag to rest on.  City Disposal and City Eco bag are free and clear of all liability associated with damage due to bags / dumpster placement.

We need the length of our truck (38 feet long) plus the length of our Bin (max 20 feet long). Approximately 60 feet and 12 feet wide clearance.

 It is not necessary for someone to be onsite for a delivery or removal.

• The Bin or Eco Bag cannot be blocked on the scheduled pick up date.
• If no one is present for drop off our drivers will use their best judgement to find a safe and accessible area.
• If someone is present then instructions can be given to our operator about where you want the Bin or Eco Bag placed.
• If no one is onsite and you are unhappy with placement you will be responsible for relocation charges.
• For a Bin or Eco bag dump or removal you have to provide unobstructed access to the Bin or Eco Bag. If we are unable to service you will be responsible for additional charges to come back to service.

The preferred method of payment is VISA or MASTERCARD at the time of booking.
